The rb25 swap is definitely not that difficult, and worth doing if you have some basic mechanic abilities as it makes the car very fun to drive (even in mild form). If you can take the old rb20 out, you should be able to slot the rb25 in equally easily. As the r32 came with the RB25de as an option, the engine bay is pretty much designed for the rb25det equally as well. Just use the old r32 engine mounts, and aircon, powersteering brackets, etc onto the rb25 block.
The only real difficulty is the wiring (you can always pay an auto-elec to do that part)</description>
